Over the next 90 days this unique results based program guided with the support of your specialist team, will work with you to slowly improve your movement skills, types of movements you can perform, ensuring you can perform functional every day movements now and well into your best years of your life. Overall wellbeing and self-sufficiency is the bigger picture; this interactive program will allow you to master your destiny.

Who the Movement 4 Living program is for:

Perhaps you're not as young as you used to be, you haven't exercised in a while, or are undergoing rehabilitation after an operation or injury.

Maybe you haven't exercised in a while because you're out of the habit, have fear and anxiety associated with exercise, suffer pain and discomfort when exercising and don't know where to start.

What you'll do to get moving!

Each Movement 4 Living session is personalised to suit your own unique needs and can range from gentle beginner exercise to increasing the range of movement in specific areas of your body. Movement is an essential part of life and we want to make every day easier for you. With the Movement 4 Living program you will develop strength for purpose. So the emphasis is on enhancing functional movement. This will focus on functional resistance training and cardiovascular exercises that you can apply to your everyday life.

Every day events such as climbing stairs, house work where previously left you breathless will flow with ease once we help you to: stretch tight tired muscles; limber up creaky joints; and exercises that leave you feeling better by improving your strength and your posture.

Getting old is inevitable, feeling old is optional. With the guidance of your movement specialist you will embrace a holistic approach to wellness. The result will be a sensational sense of wellbeing.
