Each session is personalised to suit your needs and will vary. Particular sports require specific components of fitness. The Performance 4 Living program takes advantage of your performance trainer who will analyse your sport interests and needs to identify the components of fitness that are significant in your chosen activity or sport.
The aim is to train your movement, not muscles. Sport specific movement patterns are an integral part of the program. So, most sports rely on fluent, stable movement which means you can benefit from strength flexibility, cardiovascular fitness components.
