HEALTH APPRAISAL
A complimentary health appraisal is recommended so our Activeliving personal trainer can conduct a needs analysis to evaluate your current state of health. This is standard with all Activeliving body coaching, to ascertain which guided results outcome will be most suitable for your individual requirements taking into consideration any injuries, medical conditions that may affect your results. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your outcome, Activeliving team and our facility. Your Activeliving personal trainer will also expose you to the other specialized services that we have available and provide you with an orientation of our fantastic facility. At the conclusion of this session you will have a blueprint for success forged and ready to begin your journey, however there is no obligation to commit, the appraisal is non threatening but what you will realise after this productive session is that you have been wasting your time with what you have been doing in the past.
COMPREHENSIVE FITNESS ASSESSMENT
Once we have established which guided results outcome best suits your requirements, with your Activeliving personal trainer you will conduct a comprehensive fitness assessment to establish a report of your current fitness status, to identify any conditions that may determine limitations to your participation in your program and establish benchmarks so that we can best manage your outcome. This assessment includes analysis of your goals, health history, obtaining your vital signs, a body composition assessment, cardiovascular fitness testing, and strength/flexibility testing. The assessment is completed in one hour and all the data will be used by our team of specialists to properly determine and manage the appropriate path of change to your lifestyle.
POSTURAL APPRAISAL
Dr Andrew Urbahn our Osteopath will provide a comprehensive status of your muscular skeletal alignment position, areas that require immediate attention, areas that may be of concern in the future if there is no awareness. Andrew aims to maintain the normal balance between all the systems of the body by focusing treatment on musculoskeletal components. Treatment of the muscles, other soft tissues and joints will affect the nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems of the body. Andrew's total picture philosophy allows him to work gently with the body’s structure to diagnose and treat a wide range of health problems.
QUALITY OF LIFE APPRAISAL
Steven Spring is a fully qualified Psychologist who will assist you in opportunities to gain a greater insight into your individual needs and desires and create your preferred lifestyle. You will be shown how support to achieve purposeful and lasting change in specified areas can increase your overall life satisfaction. Areas of management include situational stress, time management difficulties, work/life balance issues, weight related areas, work/life performance issues. Support, education and accountability will enable you to progress through regular solution focused sessions resulting in weekly tasks and action goals keeping you on track to achieve you preferred lifestyle.
NUTRITION APPRAISAL
Jill Moore is an accredited practicing Dietician who is dedicated to assisting clients achieve their personal health goals. Jill will explain the practical solutions to feeling and looking the best. Having nutrition knowledge and understanding means being a step ahead of the game. It means having the nutrition know–how to not be easily fooled by ever changing fads. In this appraisal Jill will show you how she can teach you to gain control of your health by becoming more knowledgeable about the choices you make and learn to enjoy food not be confused by it.
MUSCULARSKELETAL APPRAISAL
Julie Brooks is a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and in her hands-on appraisal you will be exposed to the physical changes massage brings to your body and the positive effect it can have on your life. The scientific proof suggests the benefits of massage range from treating chronic disease and injuries to alleviating the growing tensions of modern lifestyles. In an age of technical and times of impersonal medicine, massage offers a humanistic approach on the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Julie will show you that frequent therapy not only feels good but it can cure what ails you.
DETAILED 90 DAY ACTION PLAN
Once your fitness assessment is complete you will start working with your Activeliving personal trainer on your tailored program. Your Activeliving personal trainer will guide you through your exercise providing you with the utmost support , education and progression to achieve your goals. As our Activeliving personal trainer is continually educated in house they have the most up to date knowledge and are eager to part with it. Although our trainers like to challenge you we do understand that people perform at different levels so we do achieve your goals at your pace. Our Activeliving personal trainer takes the results you want seriously, but will show you how much they care before they show you how much they know. Regular tracking of key performance indicators will allow Activeliving personal trainers to track progress and keep you on the right path of your action plan .

PROGRAM REVIEW
The big day has arrived; All the hard work that has been conducted over the last 90 days will be put to the test in this session you will revisit the benchmarks that were set in the fitness assessment and see your improvements, discuss new goals and management plans that will guide you through the next 90 days.
