Dave Liow (pronounced “Leo”) is a personal trainer specialising in exercise rehabilitation and athletic training. He has moved to the
Sunshine
Coast from
Wellington,
New Zealand in 2009 to escape the wind and rain.
Dave specialises in helping clients perform at their peak physical levels whether it be in their sport, hobby, or work. He particularly enjoys the challenge of helping injured clients return to high performance.
Dave was a senior lecturer in Exercise Rehabilitation and Resistance Training at Wellington Institute of Technology as well as previously being a lecturer for Otago Polytechnic Occupational Therapy Department. Dave has a Masters degree in Physical Education and is an international health and fitness presenter. He has been personal training since 1992.
Dave was the head trainer for the New Zealand Black Sox for two successful World Series campaigns, and worked with NZ hockey for several Commonwealth and Olympic Games. He was also the head trainer for the NZ Men and Women’s
Golf
Academy for several World Championships.
